we'll always find our way back into fitness. He's chasing his past shadow (83kg) & I'm planning to push beyond his best self.

It's no easy feat, but we're closer than yesterday through personalized training programs on my end & managing the right amount of food eaten daily on his end.

On side note, what makes a good fitness coach? I'm gonna be honest, if you don't put in effort don't expect results. If you're looking for a coach, don't look into what they have accomplished themselves but what they have done for others. 💯
